    Documentation/Matter Board

    Matter Board

See every matter deadline in four columns and move work forward.

    Plan: Solo and higher

    How to use it

    1. Open Matters, then Board.
    2. Read the columns: Overdue, This week, Later and Done.
    3. Open a card to see its matter and source document.
    4. Mark an item done, or dismiss it if it no longer applies.

    A worked example

A supply agreement has a notice deadline on Friday and a renewal review next month.

    ItemDueColumn
    Send notice of breachLast TuesdayOverdue
    Confirm delivery termsFridayThis week
    Review renewalNext monthLater
    File signed copyCompletedDone

    What each status means

    Open
Still needs action. Shown by due date.
    Done
You marked it complete. It moves to the Done column.
    Dismissed
You decided it does not apply. It leaves the board.

    Limits

    • Needs a Solo plan or higher.
    • Dates suggested from documents are a starting point. Check each one against the source.
    • The board shows items you can access, not other people’s private matters.
