Data Processing Addendum & Subprocessors

1. Roles

For documents and content a customer uploads to Lawvora, the customer is the controller (or business) and Lawvora acts as processor (or service provider). Lawvora processes that content only to provide the Services described in the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Processing terms

  • Lawvora processes customer content only on the customer’s instructions.
  • Subprocessors are listed below. Every AI request is routed through Cloudflare AI Gateway using Lawvora’s authenticated workload credentials.
  • Customers can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of their data by writing to ryan@lawvora.com or through the support portal.
  • Lawvora will update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor that handles customer content.
  • Lawvora is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, and it is not designed or offered as a HIPAA or PHI processing service.
