    Overview

    This guide walks you through Lawvora's core workflow: upload a document, run AI-powered analysis, and review the resulting risk rating and summary.

    Every account starts on the Free plan, so you can try Lawvora before upgrading to a paid tier.

    Prerequisites

    Account Requirements

    • • A Lawvora account (free to create)
    • • A document to analyze (PDF, DOCX, DOC, or RTF)

    System Requirements

    • • Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
    • • Internet connection for cloud analysis
    • • Valid email address for account verification

    Step 1: Create Your Account

    Time: 1 minute
    1. Go to the Lawvora sign-up page
    2. Sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google
    3. Verify your email address

    Step 2: Upload a Document

    Time: 1 minute

    Supported Document Types

    Upload the kinds of documents legal teams review every day:

    • • Contracts: employment, service, and purchase agreements
    • • NDAs: mutual and one-way confidentiality agreements
    • • Leases: commercial and residential lease agreements
    • • Other legal documents: compliance filings, terms of service, and more

    Upload Process

    1. Go to the Documents section from your dashboard
    2. Drag and drop your document, or use the file browser
    3. Wait for text extraction and processing to complete

    Verification

    Your document appears in the documents list, ready for analysis

    Step 3: Run a Summary and Risk Rating

    Time: 2 minutes

    From the document, generate a basic summary (available on every plan) or, on paid plans, an advanced summary with more detail. You can also generate a risk rating — a 0-100 score with a Low, Medium, High, or Critical severity tier, plus findings and recommendations.

    The summary and risk rating appear on the document page
